We create innovative solutions for saving lives. CorPatch® is the first product - a novel and reliable solution with the aim to increase survival after cardiac arrest. In SmartResQ we are a team of medical, business and technology experts, who are ambitious and act responsibly with the development of technology and the company based on creative visions and scientific evidence.

As a CorPatch® working student, ideally nearby Dresden (Germany), you will be part of our growing team to continuously improve the applications and features we deliver to match customer expectations and medical quality standards. You will be an active part of our agile product development life cycle.

Your main tasks
Assure functionality of product features by repeated regression testing
Writing structured and requirements driven test plans
Drive next step test automation of blackbox and grey box system testing
Structured approach to drive functional testing process
Selecting appropriate evaluation methods with respect to COVID-19 restrictions
Coordinating testing, creating tickets for issues and communicating results and proposals to stake holders

Your profile
Master student in IT, Electrical Engineering, Media Informatics or similar
Interested in system test automation (functional coverage)
Understanding of the Android and iOS UIs
Interest or knowledge in test automation frameworks
Ideally some experience with issue tracking processes
Solid know how in Python and ideally interested to deepen knowledge in using statistic software (e.g. Python, R)
Understanding of the agile hardware/firmaware and app development processes
Excellent communication skills
Hands-on and can do mentality
Good English and German language skills
Self organizing and motivation to drive things forward
Activity as first aid responder is a plus
