SmartResQ ApS is the danish privately held Healthcare & Life Science start-up behind CorPatch®. We create innovative solutions for saving lives. CorPatch® is the first product - a novel and reliable solution to increase survival after cardiac arrest. In SmartResQ we are a team of medical, business and technology experts, who are ambitious and act responsibly with the development of technology and the company based on creative visions and scientific evidence.

We have developed our first products and are expanding our team to further develop and industrialize our products for large volume and develop new innovative solutions based on our long-term roadmaps. We are therefore now looking for a motived Full Stack Developer to join our team.

Your main tasks and responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer in our small CorPatch® team you will ensure that we implement our visionary applications in frontend/backend and Android/iOS effectively with the needed quality for saving lives. You extend and define needed REST APIs and services, analyse which development tools, platforms and libraries to use, while understanding the trade-offs differentiation and quality. You are fast at turning ideas into prototypes to evaluate via initial feedback from usability tests. You drive the process towards productive system releases (CI/CD) with a high degree of test automation, coverage and data security. And finally, you will document development processes and releases in a structured format suitable for medical devices.

Your profile
A deep and broad application experience of modern mobile and web technologies in front- and back-end: Node.js, Swift, Kotlin or Angular/React are known to you. You have successfully integrated NoSQL databases and synchronised them with web services via RESTful APIs. Deployment, hosting, monitoring and bug tracking are topics for which you know different methodologies and products and have used them throughout in production environment.

User-centered thinking and acting is nature to you. You have major experience in agile software development. You are interested in digital application trends such as IoT, sensor, digital twin, smart home or augmented reality. You also have strong analytical skills with interest in AI (machine learning), big data, structuring and organising.

Academic Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualification
Ability to write well formatted, structured and clean code in Python, JavaScript (NodeJS, TypeScript), C# or C++
Detailed knowledge about CI/CD, test automation and deployment tools
Ideally knowledge about IEC62304
Self-organizing and motivation to drive things forward
Ambitious and hands-on with a can-do mentality
Interest in working with innovative medical devices
Excellent communication skills – internally and externally with project partners
English language skills on business proficiency level; German is a plus
Ideally interested to join our team in the region of Dresden/Germany
