We at madebymade GmbH have set ourselves the goal of achieving our contribution to sustainability with a resource-saving circular economy. Insect protein as an alternative and regional source of protein is a building block for the reduction of greenhouse gases and thus for a better and environmentally friendly future. An industrial plant for the production of insect protein is an important step in actively shaping the future.

Since the company is relatively new and is in the process of expanding its team with talented students and co-workers, the company culture is still evolving and developing.
Self assessment attractivity
madebymade GmbH offers flat hierarchies as a start-up as well as a direct level of communication with each employee. A pleasant working atmosphere for all employees is of great importance. The company has an innovative character and is therefore constantly changing. The contents of the work are therefore varied. It is important to have lunch together once a week and to do something together once a month after work. We've been playing squash together and hope to do more together in the future.
