SweepMe! is a versatile tool to create measurement and control procedures by drag&drop in a short time. Modules representing measuring instruments can be combined freely to reproduce almost any measurement setup. Typical applications involve the measurement of semiconductor devices, such as LEDs, transistors, solar cells or sensors. SweepMe! can be used in any field of research & development being in academia or industry to drastically shorten the time between the first idea and the final result. The modular framework allows to implement and extend features at any time, e,g. for already deployed systems.
