Principal Process Integration Engineer (m/f/div)

Job description

Responsibilities:

You work in an international team with experienced engineers
Lead overall process integration across all customer groups (foundries, IDMs, memory vendors)
Contribute to weekly meetings on process integration with manufacturers i
Develop wafer splits and DOEs for implementation and improvement of memory stack with existing and new customers
Develop strategy for optimization of memory material and stack with focus on memory metrics (endurance, retention, scalability etc.) in close collaboration with stack development engineers
Collaborate closely with device and reliability engineers on optimization of memory cell on a regular basis
Support research projects / work packages with R&D facilities and tool vendors (i.a. publicly funded projects) including work package definition and execution
Generate process integration IP (know-how, trade secrets, patents) and novel process integration approaches for ferroelectric memory cells

Your profile:

Master degree or higher in Physics, Electrical Engineering / Materials Science / Applied Sciences or similar field of studies
At least eight years of working experience
Strong Background in semiconductor industry
Profound knowledge about ferroelectric hafnium oxide
Hands-on ALD processing experience
NVM device know-how (Flash, SONOS, emerging memory technologies)
Skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Material science know-how
Good technical comprehension
Strong problem solving ability
Team player
Structured worker
