We are establishing a new L&D team within our People Experience organization and we are looking for a passionate Digital Learning Content Developer to join. You will help us design, develop and deliver impactful learning solutions for employees and managers throughout Staffbase.
As a digital first company, we offer greater flexibility in working locations. You would be able to work from one of our locations in Germany, Amsterdam, or London. You’ll work in a hybrid model, where you split your time between working from home and the office.

You will work on a number of L&D projects by designing innovative and engaging digital learning content for an international audience. With a proactive and hands-on approach, you will design and create learning content and experiences in a variety of digital formats including e- and mobile learning, videos, webinars, virtual classroom design and digital performance support tools for workflow integrated learning.

The role requires that you can innovate, move quickly, not be constrained by how things “used to be” and most importantly that you are ambitious, curious, and passionate about learning.

Your tasks will include
- Help prioritize, plan, and execute on learning needs defined together with our colleagues across the business
- Develop best in class digital content and flow of learning experiences
- Manage content and programs on our LMS
- Proactively suggest, test and measure value of new tools and technologies to keep our approach and delivery relevant
- Work on multiple learning elements for several projects at the same time
- Collaborate with subject matter experts within and outside the company
- Support PX and other colleagues from across the business to design and deliver content via ‘train-the-trainer’ sessions, sparring, and guidance

As a new team we will be focusing on the way we drive learning to fit growth and changes in our organization, you will also play a key role in building our team’s strengths and work processes.

Your profile
- Your heart beats for learning design and your natural curiosity keeps you up to date on research and trends. You’ll ideally have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent within learning, instructional design, digital solutions, adult education, or other relevant background
- Demonstrated skills in a variety of industry standard learning technologies and tools, including learning management systems
- Proficiency using the Articulate 360 suite (Rise and Storyline)
- Proficiency in multimedia editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Premiere
- Ability to work with everything from static assets to GIF animations and videos
- Experience in delivering digital learning and working on multiple learning projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
